My loyal desktop of 5 years has finally decided that it needed a break. And so sumwhere in Feb this year, it just refuses to load. We did nothing abkout it for a while...what with work, practicum and everything. Furthermore, I have my lappie to serve me. But we decided to send it for repair yesterday (fearing...what if...what if my lappie decides to crash...god forbid!!). And so yesterday, my dad and I brought my PC to this computer shop in Wisma Indah. Its a not bad shop...has upgraded my mum PCs. Out of curiousity and manalah tahu esok esok ada duit, it might come in handy...i asked him for a quotation to upgrade my PC. So from Pentium 3 to Pentium 4 and from 40G to 80G Sata plus some other stuffs will cost me around $500. Its good to know...like what i said, manalah tahu esok esok ada duit, can upgrade. And so the uncle will call my dad as soon as he finds out whats wrong with my PC. Later that nite...my dad called me.

Abah: Ila, pakcik tu dah bukak your CPU....and he had a shock!
Me: Why Abah...apsal CPU Ila rosak?
Abah: Pakcik tu terperanjat....dia jumpa CICAK dah hangus at your motherboard!!!
Me: Huh...? What....a what? CICAK!!!! Huh...macam mana cicak tu boleh masuk?!?!??!
Abah: Entahlah...but now your motherboard dah rosak. Langsung takleh pakai, nak kena tukar yang baru.

That stoooooooopid cicak is costing me $500!!!! Yup...to be able to use the PC, i got to change the motherboard...Kurangajar punya CICAK!!!! My ever so feminine sista Rai has been wanting to do sumthing to those bloody crawlies.....so rai, go ahead....rip them apart from their mouth!!!! You have my blessings....

So $500 will fly ...or should I say crawl...chet!
